Is Jinga Jinga good for sports?

Typical European exercise classes focus on straights (forward and backward) moves.
JINGA JINGA® works on every plane of the body and incorporates a vast array of rotational moves improving agility, speed, co-ordination, balance and strength.

What happens in a typical class?


All you need is comfortable clothing, a bottle of water, a towel and a JINGA JINGA attitude!
You can wear trainers o practice bare foot.
Come as often or as little as you like. The more classes you attend the faster you will notice improvements in your fitness.
