We believe Capoeira has many physical and mental benefits for children and we recommend starting it as early age as of 3-5. It is important to contribute to kids' physical development, coordination, flexibility and muscular strength. Practising sports from an early age plays an enormous role to build children’s self-esteem, social and physical skills.
New students join our beginners’ class where teachers spend adequate time to introduce these new movements and they make sure that kids master the basic technique. Our “Tiny Jinga” program is designed for pre-schoolers while Little Jinga for school aged children. Our fun-packed, live classes includes warm up, traditional games, songs and even learn Portuguese.
Classes combine dance movements, kicks and gymnastic elements. Capoeira improves on all three essential elements of fitness: endurance, strength and flexibility. It is not only build muscles but helps with coordination, build self-confidence and release stress and energy
